Conferences & Reporting

FamilyStudent success relies on strong communication between parents and teachers, especially in the younger years of education. To that end, teachers work to regularly inform parents of their child’s progress. Progress reports and report cards are sent home each marking period, with updates as needed.

In Grades 1 – 4, parents receive detailed progress reports outlining student performance mid-way through each marking period. At the end of each marking period, parents receive report cards summarizing student performance.
In the Pre-K and Kindergarten, parents receive a mid-year and end of year report card, in addition to progress summaries sent home twice a year.

Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled each November, at the end of the first marking period.
Additional conferences can be requested any time during the school year by scheduling an appointment.
