First Reconciliation

This morning, Alexander, Andrew, Frances, Gabrielle, Gianluca, Isabelle, Luke, Olivia, Sofia, and Teo– together with their families– celebrated the sacrament of First Reconciliation in the James Hall chapel.

Fr. Lynx of St. Aloysius was our wonderful celebrant. Ms. Gerdes, with all of our non-Catholic second-graders, provided music and support throughout the ceremony.

Reconciliation (also known as Confession) is the great sacrament of forgiveness and peace. It precedes the sacrament of First Holy Communion, which these same students will celebrate together in just a few short months. Our heartfelt gratitude is with Mrs. Kessler, who has guided and prepared our students all year for this day.

And, to our second-graders: May our Lord bless you on your first Reconciliation. May His love be upon you and His presence always guide you.
