Dear Friends,
As Lacordaire’s Head of School, I am dedicated to leading this Academy and its vibrant history into the future. I recently had the honor of joining 21 esteemed school heads for an intensive fellowship at Columbia University’s Klingenstein Center for Independent and International School Leadership. As we explored how to inspire global citizens, how to live the mission of our schools, and how to run a sustainable Academy, I was again reminded how blessed I am to lead Lacordaire. It remains a place where each year we educate an ever-growing student population in the tradition of our Dominican founders, raising lifelong learners of character and faith.
I have returned from this fellowship with new ideas for our great Academy, and many of them involve you!
What I ask for is your engagement.
Engagement can mean many things to a school. It can mean your time, your ideas, or your help with funding. Engagement will allow you to see, in action, all of the marvelous things that are happening on this campus. I invite you to speak with me individually about how you can make a difference to Lacordaire.

Additionally, I encourage you to donate to the Annual Fund. You may direct a donation to an area that you feel passionate about, such as academic programming, arts, service trips, etc. You may send a check or make a donation on-line.
No donation is too big or too small to make an impact on the lives of our students and faculty, and on the legacy of our Academy.
